妊娠合并糖尿病患者孕期保健护理对产后并发症及新生儿评分的影响

Effect of Health Care during Pregnancy on Postpartum Complications and Neonatal Score in Patients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨妊娠合并糖尿病患者孕期保健护理对产后并发症及新生儿评分的影响。方法选择我院收治的80例妊娠合并糖尿病患者为研究对象,选取的时间段为2018年8月至2019年12月,按不同随机数字表法将其分为护理A组与护理B组,每组各40例,护理A组实施常规护理,护理B组实施保健护理。观察两组患者产后并发症以及新生儿评分等相关情况。结果两组患者产后并发症率分别为27.50%、12.50%,护理A组显著高于护理B组(P<0.05);护理A组新生儿的Apgar评分显著低于护理B组新生儿的Apgar评分(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠合并糖尿病患者孕期实施保健护理,效果显著,能有效的控制患者血糖水平,降低产后并发症率,提高新生儿出生质量,值得在临床上应用。

Objective To explore the effect of health care during pregnancy on postpartum complications and neonatal score of pregnant women with diabetes mellitus.Methods 80 pregnant women with diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects,and the selected time period was from August 2018 to December 2019.According to different random number table method,they were divided into nursing group A and nursing group B,40 cases in each group.Nursing group a carried out routine nursing and nursing group B carried out health care.The postpartum complications and neonatal score of the two groups were observed.Results The postpartum complications rate of the two groups were 27.50%and 12.50%respectively,and the Apgar score of the group A was significantly higher than that of the group B(P<0.05),and the Apgar score of the group A was significantly lower than that of the group B(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of health care for pregnant women with diabetes mellitus during pregnancy is significant.It can effectively control the blood glucose level of patients,reduce the rate of postpartum complications,and improve the quality of newborn birth.It is worthy of clinical application.
