张口训炼对预防鼻咽癌放疗后患者吞咽困难及张口受限的作用

Effect of Mouth-opening Exercise on Preventing DYSPHAGIA and Mouth-opening Limitation in Patients with NASOPHARYNGEAL Carcinoma after Radiotherapy

目的探究对鼻咽癌放疗后吞咽困难及张口受限患者使用张口训练康复疗法的临床应用价值分析。方法随机选取2018年10月至2019年12月期间来我院就诊的92例鼻咽癌放疗后吞咽困难及张口受限患者作为研究对象,分为一般护理的对照组46例,张口训练的实验组有46例,对两组患者治疗情况及治疗前后门齿间距。结果实验组患者的治疗总有效率显著优于对照组,数据对比存在差异(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前门齿间距不存在差异(P>0.05),治疗后,实验组门齿间距评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论使用张口训练对患者的治疗有显著效果,有效改善患者的门齿间距,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical value of the rehabilitation therapy for patients with dysphagia and limited mouth opening after radiotherapy.Methods 92 patients with dysphagia after radiotherapy and limited mouth opening were randomly selected from October 2018 to December 2019.The patients were divided into 46 control groups without mouth opening training and 46 experimental groups with mouth opening training.Results The total effective rate of the patients in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,and the data were different(P<0.05).There was no difference between the front teeth of the treatment(P>0.05),and after treatment,the score of the front teeth spacing in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of open mouth training has a significant effect on the treatment of patients,effectively improve the patient’s incisor spacing,worthy of clinical application.
