优质护理服务在肿瘤科的应用效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Quality Nursing Service in Oncology Department

目的探讨优质护理服务在肿瘤科的应用效果观察分析。方法回顾性分析2018年12月至2019年12月本院肿瘤科诊治肿瘤患者70例,按照随机数表法分为护理组和常规组,每组患者各35例。常规组实施常规护理,护理组采取优质护理服务措施,对比两组护理后情绪变化、临床护理及生活方式变化情况。结果护理后,护理组患者的护理优良率为88.6%,明显优于常规组51.4%,两组患者护理优良率有明显差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05),护理组患者、焦虑、抑郁、自闭症、疼痛小于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论探讨优质护理服务在肿瘤科的应用效果观察分析,临床护理明显改善、症状有所减轻,为临床研究与护理提供新的方向,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the observation and analysis of the application effect of quality nursing services in oncology.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 70 patients with cancer diagnosed and treated in the oncology department of our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019.They were divided into a nursing group and a conventional group with 35 cases each according to the random number table method.The routine group implemented routine nursing,and the nursing group adopted high-quality nursing service measures to compare mood changes,clinical nursing,and lifestyle changes between the two groups.Results After nursing,the nursing excellent rate of patients in the nursing group was 88.57%,which was significantly higher than 60.0%in the conventional group.There was a significant difference in the nursing excellent rate between the two groups,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Depression,autism,and pain were smaller than the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion To explore the observation and analysis of the application effect of high-quality nursing services in the oncology department,the clinical nursing has improved significantly and the symptoms have been alleviated.It provides a new direction for clinical research and nursing and is worthy of popularization and application.
