心理护理对宫外孕患者心理状况改善和生活质量的影响探究

Effect of Psychological Nursing on the Improvement of Psychological Status and Quality of Life of Patients with Ectopic Pregnancy

目的研究宫外孕患者通过心理护理对生存质量的影响及对心理状况的改善。方法抽取本院于2019年3月至2020年3月收治的宫外孕患者共68例,将其依循双盲随机法分为对照组(34例,实施一般化护理方式)与观察组(34例,额外实施心理护理),研究比对患者的负面情绪与SF-36评分等。结果(1)负性情绪对比:与对照组相比,观察组宫外孕患者的SDS、SAS评分更低,两组对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。(2)生活质量对比:与对照组相比,观察组宫外孕患者的SF-36评分更高,两组对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论心理护理对于改善患者的心理状况,促进生活质量提高等有十分重要的意义。

Objective To study the effect of psychological nursing on the quality of life of patients with ectopic pregnancy and the improvement of their psychological status.Methods Sixty-eight cases of ectopic pregnancy in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group(34 cases,implementation of general nursing method)and observation group(34 cases,additional psychological nursing)according to double-blind random method.The negative emotions and SF-36 scores of patients were compared.Results(1)Negative emotion comparison:Compared with the control group,the SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).(2)Quality of life comparison:Compared with the control group,the SF-36 score of the observation group was higher,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing is of great significance in improving the psychological status of patients and promoting the quality of life.
