基于FTS的营养支持应用于老年髋关节置换患者的效果分析

Effect Analysis of FTS-based Nutritional Support in Elderly Patients Undergoing Hip Replacement

目的探讨基于加速康复外科理念(FTS)的营养支持应用于老年髋关节置换患者的效果。方法将2018年1月至2019年12月间80例我院收治的老年髋关节置换患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组40例予以常规护理,研究组40例加以基于FTS的营养支持。比较两组下床行走时间、住院时间以及血清前白蛋白、白蛋白、血红蛋白水平。结果研究组下床行走及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后两组血清前白蛋白、白蛋白、血红蛋白水平均高于干预前,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于FTS的营养支持应用于老年髋关节置换患者中可有效改善患者营养状态,促进术后康复。

Objective To investigate the effect of nutritional support based on the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery(FTS)in elderly hip replacement patients.Methods 80 elderly hip replacement patients treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were divided into two groups according to random number table method,40 patients in the control group were given routine care,and 40 patients in the study group were given FTS-based nutritional support.The ambulation time,hospitalization time and serum prealbumin,albumin and hemoglobin levels were compared between the two groups.Results The time of getting out of bed,walking and hospitalization in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The serum prealbumin,albumin and hemoglobin levels in the two groups after intervention were higher than those before intervention,and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion FTS-based nutritional support can effectively improve the nutritional status of elderly patients with hip replacement and promote postoperative recovery.
