摘要
目的探讨开展专业认知教育对康复治疗学本科专业大学生的影响。方法对湘南学院2017级康复治疗学专业57名本科生实施专业认知教育,于干预前后进行康复医学知识的相关问题调查,了解其对康复的了解度、认知度及其就业选择情况,评估专业认知教育效果。结果康复治疗学专业大学生对康复医学的了解度明显改善(P<0.001),对康复的认知更全面,对就业选择更明朗,与干预前具有统计学差异(P<0.001)。结论通过专业认知教育,康复治疗学专业大学生对康复医学的了解度明显改善,对康复的认知更全面,对康复定位和就业前景更明朗,使自己对日后的学习和工作规划更加清晰。同时,对康复治疗学大学生进行康复认知教育刻不容缓,且开展教育的时间越早越好,最好在大学一入校就开始进行。
Objective To explore the influence of professional cognitive education on undergraduate students majoring in rehabilitation therapy.Methods Professional cognition education was conducted to 57 undergraduates of rehabilitation therapy major of Xiangnan University in 2017.Before and after the intervention,the relevant issues of rehabilitation medical knowledge were investigated to understand the degree of understanding,awareness of rehabilitation and their employment choices,so as to evaluate the effect of professional cognitive education.Results The college students majoring in rehabilitation therapy have significantly improved their understanding of rehabilitation medicine(P<0.001),and have a more comprehensive cognition of rehabilitation and a clearer employment choice,which is statistically different from that before intervention(P<0.001).Conclusion Through professional cognitive education,college students majoring in rehabilitation therapy have a better understanding of rehabilitation medicine,a more comprehensive cognition of rehabilitation,a clearer orientation of rehabilitation and employment prospects,and a clearer plan for their future study and work.At the same time,it is urgent to carry out rehabilitation cognitive education for college students in rehabilitation therapy,and the earlier the better.It is better to start the education as soon as they enter the university.
