手感风格数字化管理及柔软配方输出应用研究

Digital Management of Hand-feeling Style and Application of Softening Formula Output

目前在纺织品实际印染生产的柔软整理中,织物的手感风格评估主要依赖于手感评价员的主观评价,缺乏理论性的指导和定量的数值描述,个体偏差大。文中选择运用PhabrOmeter织物手感评价系统对织物手感风格与柔软剂种类及浓度的关系进行数字化研究,讨论通过手感风格数字化管理进行配方输出的可行性。该研究对于提高柔软针织物的数字化管理,加强面料手感风格精细化生产管控,推进企业标准化建设进程具有重要意义。

At present,in the actual printing and dyeing production of softening finishing,the evaluation of the hand feel style of the fabric mainly relies on the subjective evaluation of the hand feel evaluator,which is lack of theoretical guidance and quantitative numerical description with big deviation among individuals.In this paper,it uses the PhabrOmeter fabric feel evaluation system to conduct digital research of the relationship between fabric feel style and softener type and concentration and discusses the feasibility of formula output through digital management of touch style.It is of great significance for improving the digital management of soft knitted fabrics,strengthening the fine production control of fabric feel and style,and promoting the process of enterprise standardization.
