摘要
为更好地将石墨烯改性三维织物应用于智能纺织品,以三维织物作为基材,石墨烯溶液作为活性材料,组装具有三维结构的柔性压阻式压力传感器阵列。并将传感器阵列与控制器、计算机、手机蓝牙结合成电子智能纺织品。控制器以STM32F103C8T6单片机作为主单元,连接外部设备,结合蓝牙,实现数据采集与无线传输。整个系统在重物识别、人体静态体征测试方面具有独特优势和广阔应用前景。
In order to better apply three-dimensional grapheme modified fabrics to smart textiles and give full play to the advantages of smart textiles,by using three-dimensional fabric as the substrate and graphene solutions as the active materials,this paper assembled a flexible piezo-resistive pressure sensor array with a three-dimensional structure,and integrated the sensor array with the controller,computer,and mobile phone blue-tooth into electronic smart textiles.The controller uses the STM32F103C8T6 MCU as the main unit,connects peripherals and combines blue-tooth to realize data collection and wireless transmission.The whole system has unique advantages and broad prospects in weight recognition and human body static testing.
