摘要
针对一次性塑料餐饮具样品卫生指标中的总迁移量项进行研究,共检测150个样品,涵盖该类产品从生产到消费使用终端的多个领域,涉及PP、PE、PS、PET多种使用材质,采用乙醇、乙酸、正己烷作为食品模拟物测定食品接触材料及制品的组分迁移情况,并对其中的不合格项进行深入分析。根据不合格项产生原因,提出针对性解决方案,以期从整体上提高食品接触用塑料材料及制品产品质量,从而保证食品安全。
The overall migration of disposable plastic tableware samples was studied.A total of 150 samples were detected,covering a variety of fields from the production to the end of consumption,involving various materials of PP,PE,PS and PET.Ethanol,acetic acid and n-hexane were used as food simulants to determine the component migration of food contact materials and products.The unqualified items were analyzed in depth.According to the causes of the unqualified items,the targeted solutions were put forward in order to improve the quality of plastic materials and products for food contact as a whole,so as to ensure food safety.
