摘要
建设京张体育文化旅游带对利用奥运赛事资源、扩大体育文化影响、拉动体育旅游消费具有重要意义。充分了解、准确把握和有效引导游客需求是建设好京张体育文化旅游带的关键所在。利用一手调查数据,通过卡诺模型,基于游客需求对京张体育文化旅游带所具备的诸多要素加以分类从而提炼出游客需求的指向特征,同时借助重要性-满意度分析法(IPA)对完善各类要素的必要性进行排序。结果显示:游客需求具有"求优""求异""被动"等特征;从游客需求角度而言,京张体育文化旅游带"应维持"的要素以政府供给类为主,"需改进"的要素以市场供给类为主,未来亟需根据游客需求针对不同要素采取相应策略。
Developing the Beijing-Zhangjiakou sports culture and tourism belt is highly relevant to making full use of the Olympic sporting event resources,extending the influence of sports culture and stimulating sports tourism consumption.The key to developing the belt lies in fully understanding and guiding the tourists’demand.Based on the theory of tourism demand and first-hand survey data,this study adopts the Kano model to classify the factors involved in the belt and analyzes the characteristics of relevant tourism demand.The study also resorts to ImportancePerformance Analysis(IPA)to sequence the necessity of improving each type of factors.The results show that the tourism demand for the Beijing-Zhangjiakou sports culture and tourism belt is featured by"seeking excellence","seeking difference"and"passivity";from the perspective of tourism demand,the factors that"should be maintained"are mainly government supply factors,and the factors that"need improving"are mainly market supply factors.Therefore,it is urgent to adopt corresponding promotion strategies for different supply factors according to tourism demand.
