多层螺旋CT与高场强MRI检查在直肠癌术前分期诊断中的应用价值对比

Application Value Comparison of Inspection Using Multi-slice Spiral CT and Using High Field Intensity MRI in Preoperatively Staging Diagnosis of Rectal Cancer

为比较多层螺旋CT(MSCT)与高场强MRI在直肠癌术前分期诊断中的应用价值,选择2018年3月至2020年3月我院收治的100例直肠癌患者作为观察对象,患者入院后均接收MSCT检查和高场强MRI检查,以手术病理结果为准,比较MSCT、高场强MRI对直肠癌患者术前分期的诊断准确率。结果显示,MSCT对直肠癌T期、N期的诊断准确率分别为85.0%(85/100)和90.0%(90/100)。高场强MRI对直肠癌T期、N期的诊断准确率分别为97.0%(97/100)和98.0%(98/100)。高场强MRI对直肠癌T期、N期的诊断准确率明显高于MSCT,P<0.05。结果表明,无论是MSCT,还是高场强MRI,都能够清晰地显示直肠癌的影像学特点,但是高场强MRI对直肠癌T期、N期的诊断准确率更高,临床应用价值更大。

This study was to compare the application value of inspection using multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT)and using MR of high field intensity in preoperatively staging diagnosis of rectal cancer,enrolled100 rectal cancer patients treated in authors’ hospital(2018-03-2020-03)into this research:after admitted patients all received inspection by MSCT and by high field intensity MRI,taking operative pathological exam.results as standard,the diagnostic accuracy rates of MSCT,and of high field intensity MRI were compared.As results,the diagnostic accuracy rates of high field intensity MRI on T staging,N staging were significantly and respectively higher than MSCT ones[T staging:97.0%(97/100)vs 85.00%(85/100);N staging:98.0%(98/100)vs 90.0%(90/100),P<0.05].Results show that both inspections can all clearly show the image feature of rectal cancer,but high field intensity MRI has more higher accuracy rate than MSCT,thus its clinical value just is more larger.
