温灸包穴位热敷在宫颈癌放射性直肠炎治疗中的应用效果分析

The Efficacy of Warm Moxibustion Package for Point Hot Compress in the Treatment of Radiation Proctitis of Cervix Cancer Patients

为探讨温灸包穴位热敷在宫颈癌放射性直肠炎治疗中的应用效果,选取2019年1月至2020年4月发生放射性直肠炎的86例宫颈癌患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。2组患者均予以药物保留灌肠治疗,除此之外,观察组予以温灸包穴位热敷(天枢穴)。比较2组治疗放射性直肠炎的疗效及对放疗的影响。结果显示,观察组治疗放射性直肠炎的总有效率(93.02%)明显高于对照组(76.74%),P<0.05。观察组患者放疗中断7例(16.28%),中断时间为(2.06±0.65)d;对照组患者放疗中断10例(23.26%),中断时间为(6.25±1.36)d。观察组放疗中断率明显低于对照组,且中断时间明显短于对照组,P<0.05。结果表明,与单纯药物保留灌肠相比,联合温灸包穴位热敷治疗宫颈癌放射性直肠炎效果更好。

This study was to investigate the efficacy of point hot compress with warm moxibustion package(WMP)in the treatment of radiation proctitis(RP)of cervix cancer patients,randomly divided 86 cases with RP caused by radiation therapy for cervix cancer(2019-01-2020-06)into control group(43 cases,only adopted drugs retention enema)and observation group(43 cases,drugs retention enema plus point(Tianshu)hot compress with WMP);then,compared both groups’ effect and the influence on radiotherapy.As results,the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(93.02% vs 76.74%,P<0.05);in observation group 7 cases(16.28%)were suspended radiotherapy due to above-mentioned management(treatment),and averaged suspended time was(2.06±0.65)days;while in control group respectively 10 cases(23.26%),and(6.25±1.36)days,thus respectively and significantly higher,and longer than that in observation group(P<0.05).Results show that the combined treatment management has more better effect than alone drugs retention enema.
