中药加热湿敷治疗混合痔术后肛缘水肿的疗效分析及护理

TCM plus Hot-moisture Compress in the Treatment of Postoperative Ano-edge Edema of Mixed Hemorrhoids Patients:Effect Analysis,and Nursing

为探讨中药加温湿敷治疗混合痔术后肛缘水肿的效果及护理对策,将88例混合痔术后发生肛缘水肿的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各44例。2组均于术后第1天开始予以护理干预,观察组予以中药加温湿敷,对照组予以中药液常规坐浴。比较2组患者术后不同时间肛缘水肿、肛门疼痛程度,肛缘水肿消失时间,以及护理满意度。结果显示,2组患者术后第1天(干预前)肛缘水肿、肛门疼痛评分比较差异均无统计学意义,P>0.05;观察组术后第3、5、7天肛缘水肿及疼痛评分均明显低于对照组,P<0.05。观察组肛缘水肿消失时间明显短于对照组,护理满意度明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结果表明,混合痔患者术后予以中药加温湿敷可减轻肛缘水肿、疼痛程度,促进水肿消退,提高护理满意度。

This study was to investigate the effect of TCM plus hot-moisture compress in the treatment of postoperative ano-edge edema of mixed hemorrhoids patients,and to discuss its nursing copy,randomly divided 88 cases met above status into observation group(44 cases)and control group(44 cases),both groups all received nursing intervention from the 1 st day after surgery,but,in the former,TCM plus hotmoisture compress,while in the latter,routine sitz bath with TCM solution;then,compared both groups’ degree of anal pain and ano-edge edema at different time points,the time for edema disappeared,as well as satisfactory degree on nursing.As results,on the 1 st day after surgery(before intervention)both groups’ score ratings on edema and pain had no statistical difference(P >0.05),but on the 3 rd,5 th and 7 th day after surgery above score ratings of observation group were significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05);Also,in the time for edema disappeared,and in nursing satisfactory degree observation group was respectively and significantly shorter,and higher than control group(all,P<0.05).Results show that after mixed hemorrhoids surgery TCM plus hot-moisture compress can more reduce the intensity of edema and pain,promote edema disappeared,and enhance nursing satisfactory degree.
