永久性肠造口患者心理韧性调查及其影响因素分析

Survey on the Mental Toughness of Patients Undergoing Permanent Enterostomy,and Analysis on Their Influence Factors

为调查永久性肠造口患者心理韧性现状,并分析其影响因素,选取2018年6月至2019年12月于我院行永久性肠造口的74例直肠癌患者,采用自制调查表采集患者一般资料信息,采用中文版心理韧性量表评估患者心理韧性水平,并分析影响患者心理韧性的相关因素。结果显示,永久性肠造口患者心理韧性总分为(65.29±11.59)分,处于中等水平;自强、坚韧、乐观维度得分分别为(22.35±3.45)分、(33.56±5.94)分和(9.38±2.20)分。不同性别、年龄、民族、文化程度、职业、医疗费用支付方式、家庭人均月收入、居住地、自我护理能力、造口并发症、每月造口费用的患者心理韧性得分比较差异均有统计学意义,P<0.05。性别、职业、家庭人均月收入、自我护理能力是患者心理韧性的主要影响因素,P<0.05。结果表明,永久性肠造口患者的心理韧性水平处于中等,性别、职业、家庭人均月收入、自我护理能力为心理韧性的主要影响因素,临床应针对女性、无业及农民、家庭收入低、自我护理能力差的患者重点制定护理策略提高患者心理韧性。

This study was to investigate the current status of mental toughness of patients undergoing permanent enterostomy,and to analyse their influence factors,enrolled 74 cases of rectal cancer who received permanent enterostomy in author’s hospital(2018-06-2019-12)into research:by using self-developed survey table to collect their common information data,and by using mental toughness scale(Chinese-version)to evaluate patients’ toughness level,and then to analyse relevant factors influencing toughness of patients.As results,patients’ totalled ratings on toughness were(65.29±11.59)points belonging to middle-level;the ratings of self-strong,tenacity,and optimism dimension were respectively(22.35±3.45),(33.56±5.94),and(9.38±2.20)points;gender(1),nationality,educated level,occupation(2),pay-pattern for medical cost,monthly income/person in family(3),residential region,self-care ablitiy(4),complication from stomy,and stomy-cost/month,which all made patients rating having statistical difference(P<0.05),in among those(1),(2),(3)and(4) belong to main influencing factors on mental toughness(P<0.05).Results show that in view of above-mentioned middle-level toughness,and four main influence factors,for patients undergoing permanent enterostomy it should be to clinically mainly copy the patients,or female,or having no occupation,or peasant,or low family income,or low self-care ability,through making target nursing tactics so that uplift their mental toughness.
