基于快速康复外科理念的中西医结合护理在高位复杂性肛瘘手术患者中的应用分析

FTS Idea Directed Nursing of Integration of TCM and Western Medicine Applied in the Patients Undergoing Surgery for High Complex Anal Fistula

为探讨基于快速康复外科(FTS)理念的中西医结合护理应用于高位复杂性肛瘘手术患者中的效果,将2019年1月至2020年2月拟于我科行手术治疗的90例高位复杂性肛瘘患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各45例,观察组患者围术期接受基于FTS理念的中西医结合护理,对照组接受常规护理。比较2组患者手术时间、住院时间、创面愈合时间及术后并发症等。结果显示,2组手术时间比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;观察组住院时间、创面愈合时间均明显短于对照组,术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结果表明,对高位复杂性肛瘘手术患者实施基于FTS理念的中西医结合护理可显著缩短住院时间,促进创面愈合,且可有效减少术后并发症。

This study was to investigate the efficacy of fast track surgery(FTS)idea directed nursing of integration of TCM and Western medicine applied in the patients with high complex anal fistula undergoing surgery,randomly divided 90 cases of this fistula to be subject to surgery in authors’ department(2019-01-2020-02)into observation group(45 cases,received FTS idea directed nursing of integration of TCM and Western medicine)and control group(45 cases,routine nursing);then,compared both groups’ time for operating,for hospitalization,and for wound-surface healing,as well as postoperative complication,etc.As results,except for having no statistical difference in the time for operating,another time for hospitalization,and for wound-surface healing,as well as postoperative complication incidence observation group was respectively and significantly shorter,as well as lower than control group(all,P<0.05).Results show that the nursing on observation groups’ patients can significantly shorten hospitalization time,promote woundsurface healing,and reduce postoperative complication.
