理气通便方治疗慢传输型便秘气滞证30例随机对照试验

Liqi Tongbian Formula(理气通便方)in Treating 30 Patients of Slow Transit Constipation with Qi Stagnation Pattern:A Randomized Controlled Trial

目的评价理气通便方治疗慢传输型便秘气滞证的临床疗效。方法将60例慢传输型便秘气滞证患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组给予理气通便方口服治疗,每日1剂;对照组给予枸橼酸莫沙必利片与小麦纤维素颗粒口服治疗。两组均连续治疗4周。于治疗前后对气滞证便秘症状评分、慢性便秘严重度评分、每周自发完全排便次数以及72h结肠排出率进行评估。结果治疗组治疗后粪便性状、排便费力、排便时间、排便不尽感、排便频率、腹胀、肠鸣、矢气、嗳气、情绪不畅、胸胁痞闷积分均明显降低,且治疗组各症状改善均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者在治疗后每周完全自发排便次数、72h结肠排出率与本组治疗前比较均有所增加,且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后慢性便秘严重度评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05),而对照组治疗前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后治疗组在改善慢性便秘严重度评分方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论理气通便方可改善慢传输型便秘气滞证患者临床症状,促进自发排便,从而恢复结肠传输功能。

Objective To evaluate the effect of Liqi Tongbian Formula(理气通便方)in the treatment of slow transit constipation with qi stagnation pattern(STC-QS).Methods Sixty STC-QS patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.Four-week oral administration of Liqi Tongbian Formula(one dose daily)or mosapride citrate tablets plus wheat cellulose granules were given in treatment group or control group,respectively.Symptoms score of qi-stagnation constipation,severity score of chronic constipation,the number of spontaneous complete bowel movements per week,and the 72 h colon discharge rate were assessed before and after treatment.Results Compared to control group,treatment group had significantly lower symptom scores regarding stool traits,laborious defecation,defecation time,feeling of incomplete defecation,defecation frequency,abdominal distension,borborygmus,flatus,belching,moodiness,fullness and discomfort in the chest and rib-side after treatment(P<0.05).The number of completely spontaneous defecation per week and 72 h colon discharge rate in both treatment and control group increased after treatment,and more improvements were seen in treatment group than control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The severity score of chronic constipation in the treatment group significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05),while the change in control group was not significantly different(P>0.05),suggesting a favorable improvement in treatment group than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Liqi Tongbian Formula can improve the clinical symptoms in patients with STC-QS,as well as promote spontaneous defecation,and restore colonic transit function.
