A Study on the Training Mode of Foreign Language Applied Talents in Colleges in Inner Mongolia

The transform ation of applied talents training in Colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia is a question w orth pondering.This study takes 16 universities in Inner Mongolia as the main object of the study.Through the investigation and analysis of its personnel training objectives,professional setting and curriculum system,evaluation system,employment,teacher strength and practical teaching,it finds out the problems existing in the training of applied English talents,and puts forward counterm easures.
