总结班秀文教授论治输卵管阻塞的临证经验。认为胞脉瘀阻不通为本病的基本病机,常见致病因素有虚则不充、瘀则阻滞两个方面。虚则不充为气虚血亏,胞宫失养,胞脉不充而阻塞;瘀则阻滞是指寒凝、湿热、气郁、痰阻、瘀血等病理因素导致胞宫瘀而不畅,胞脉阻滞不通。治疗上倡导疏中有养、补中寓行,辛开温运、苦降通行,三脏同补、佐以通行,湿邪瘀滞、宜通宜行,药食同疗、辨证施膳。

This paper summarized professor BAN Xiuwen′s experience on the treatment of blocked fallopian tubes.BAN thinks that uterine vessels stasis and obstruction is the the basic pathogenesis of this disease,and the common pathogenic factors are deficiency leading to insufficiency and stasis leading to obstruction.Deficiency leading to insufficiency means that qi deficiency and blood depletion lead to loss of nourishment of the uterus,making the uterine vessels not filled and thus obstructed.Stasis leading to obstruction means that pathogenic factors such as cold congealing,damp heat,qi constraint,phlegm obstruction and blood stasis can lead to stasis of the uterine,thereby obstructing the uterine vessels.In terms of treatment,it is recommended to nourish blood while dredging the vessels,and to move qi while supplementing the center;to use acrid medicinals open,warm and activate and bitter medicinals promote descent,unblocking and movement;to supplement the three zang(脏)organs simultaneously,assisting in the regulation qi and blood;to dredge the vessels and move qi as pathogenic damp obstruction is the main pathogenesis;as well as to treat disease with both medication and diet based on pattern differentiation.
