金银花口服液联合干扰素喷雾剂治疗邪犯肺脾型小儿手足口病40例临床观察

Jinyinghua Oral Liquid (金银花口服液) in Combination with Interferon Spray for Treatment of Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease in 40 Children with Pathogens Invading Lung-Spleen Pattern

目的观察金银花口服液联合干扰素喷雾剂治疗邪犯肺脾型小儿手足口病的临床疗效。方法选取邪犯肺脾型手足口病患儿80例随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组使用干扰素喷雾剂治疗,每次2喷,每天6次。观察组在对照组基础上口服金银花口服液治疗(金银花口服液3岁以下患儿每次口服10ml,每天2次;3~7岁患儿每次10ml,每天3次;7岁以上患儿每次20ml,每天3次)。治疗7天后比较两组患儿皮疹、口腔溃疡、咽痛消退时间,以及体温恢复正常时间,并检测免疫功能指标(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))及炎症指标[白细胞介素6(IL-6)、血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)]水平。结果观察组临床疗效总有效率为92.5%,高于对照组的70.0%(P<0.01)。观察组口腔溃疡消失、咽痛消失、体温恢复正常和皮疹消退所需时间均少于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。与本组治疗前比较,观察组和对照组CD3^(+)和CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均明显升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);与对照组比较,观察组治疗后CD3^(+)和CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组IL-6、SAA治疗后均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),对照组IL-6治疗后较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗组治疗后IL-6、SAA均下降明显(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论金银花口服液联合干扰素喷雾剂治疗小儿邪犯肺脾型手足口病,4可提高免疫功能、改善炎症反应。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of Jinyinghua Oral Liquid(金银花口服液)plus interferon spray in treating hand,foot and mouth disease(HFMD)in children with pathogens invading lung-spleen pattern.Methods Eighty HFMD children with pathogens invading lung-spleen pattern were randomly divided into intervention group and control group with 40 cases in each group.The control group took interferon spray only,two sprays per time,six times daily.The intervention group was administered with interferon spray and Jinyinghua Oral Liquid(for youger than 3 years old:10 ml,twice daily;for 3-7 years old:10 ml,three times daily;for older than 7 years old:20 ml,three times daily);After seven days′treatment,the resolution time of rash,oral ulcers,sore throat and fever,the immune function indicators including CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),and inflammation indicators including interleukin 6(IL-6),serum amyloid A(SAA)were assessed.Results The total effectiveness rate of the intervention group was 92.5%,which was higher than 70.0%of the control group(P<0.01).The resolution time of oral ulcers,sore throat,fever,and rash of the intervention group were all significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)levels significantly increased in both groups after treatment,and more increase was seen in the intervention group(P<0.05 or P<0.01);there were significantly differences between two groups in the CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)levels after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the IL-6 and SAA levels of intervention group significantly decreased(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the IL-6 level of control group significantly decreased as well(P<0.05);compared to the control group,the intervention group had much lower IL-6 and SAA levels after treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Jinyinghua Oral Liquid combined with interferon spray is effective for the treatment of children HFMD with pathogens invading lung-spleen pattern by strengthening the immune function and enhancing the inflammation response.
