摘要
本文根据大尺寸异形塑料件在试验室正弦振动试验评价中,扫频试验共振频率较低、耐久试验过程中容易发生"停车"的问题,结合大尺寸异形塑料件的结构特点和振动试验条件,对振动试验控制中的各个环节进行了分析。通过对夹具设计改善和试验控制优化,解决了相关问题,可为此类试验设计提供参考。
According to the low resonance frequency of sweep frequency test and the problem of " interruption " in the process of durability test of special-shaped large size plastic parts in the sinusoidal vibration test evaluation in laboratory, combined with the structural characteristics and vibration test conditions of large-size special-shaped plastic parts, each link in vibration test control was analyzed.Through the improvement of fixture design and optimization of test control, the related problems are solved, which can provide reference for such test design.
