摘要
随着电网规模的不断扩大,变电站二次系统日益复杂,二次电缆传统悬挂式吊牌已难以满足当下二次电缆回路日常运维的需要。在此基础上提出了一种面向变电站二次电缆回路的智能标签系统,基于全站二次电缆回路数字化建模技术、二维码智能标签生成技术、二次电缆回路图形可视化技术,实现通过移动作业终端扫描二维码智能标签获取电缆回路信息,并快速定位目标电缆的图形可视化界面,提升了二次电缆回路作业分析效率。
With the continuous expansion of the scale of the power grid,the secondary system of the substation is increasingly complex.The traditional hanging tag of the secondary cable has been difficult to meet the needs of the daily operation and maintenance of the secondary cable circuit.In this paper,an intelligent tag system for substation secondary cable circuit is proposed.Based on the digital modeling technology of secondary cable loop,two-dimensional code intelligent label generation technology,and secondary cable circuit graphic visualization technology,the intelligent operation inspection terminal can scan the QR code smart tag,obtain the cable loop information,and quickly locate the graphical visualization interface of the target cable.It will effectively improve the efficiency of secondary cable loop operation analysis.
