Research and Development of On-site Detection Equipment for the Action Characteristics of Column Circuit Breaker

柱上断路器现已广泛运用在配电网中,而长期以来,对于现场运行的柱上断路器缺乏有效的状态检测手段,尤其在夏季高温季节,断路器突发故障如烧毁或误跳闸的事故时有发生,严重影响供电的可靠性,提出了一种实用的柱上断路器动作特性现场检测设备的设计思路,开发设计了实用性强的现场检测方案,并对设计方案进行了检测试验,实践证明了该方案的合理性,可有效提高断路器检测效率和工作可靠性。

Column circuit breaker has been widely used in distribution network,but for a long time,there is no effective state detection method for the on-site operation of the circuit breaker.Especially in the summer high temperature season,the sudden failure of the circuit breaker,such as burning or false tripping,occurs from time to time,which seriously affects the reliability of power supply.This paper puts forward a practical design idea of field detection equipment for the action characteristics of pole circuit breaker,designs a practical field detection scheme,and tests the design scheme.The practice proves that the scheme is reasonable and can effectively improve the detection efficiency and working reliability of the circuit breaker.
