摘要
上海具有体量庞大的城市公共建筑群,虚拟电厂资源十分丰富。2017年,上海市城区(黄浦)商业建筑需求侧管理示范项目实施开展,运营至今取得了良好成效,并在全国范围内获得了广泛关注。基于项目实施应用,介绍了基于黄浦虚拟电厂可调资源特性研究的背景,梳理了虚拟电厂建筑(办公、酒店、商业、综合)50幢楼宇可调资源现场调研获得的基本信息、性能参数等,结合历史发电事件数据,经过统计分析、评估可调资源特性,挖掘资源特性与虚拟发电的关联,为虚拟电厂夯实底层可调资源基础,推广虚拟电厂的试点落地提供借鉴。
Shanghai has huge public buildings and abundant virtual power plant resources.In 2017,the demand-side management demonstration project of commercial buildings in Shanghai urban area(Huangpu)was implemented.So far,the operation has achieved good results and gained widespread attention across the country.Based on the project application,this paper introduces the research background for the adjustable resources characteristics based on Huangpu virtual power plant,and sorts out the basic information and performance parameters obtained from the adjustable resource site investigation on the 50 virtual power plant buildings(office,hotel,business,complex).Combined with historical power generation data and through statistical analysis,it assessed the characteristics of adjustable resources and mined the correlation between resource characteristics and virtual power generation,providing reference for virtual power plants to consolidate the underlying adjustable resource foundation and promote the pilot implementation of virtual power plants.
