摘要
分析构建0~3岁早教师资职前培养体系的必然性,结合我国早教师资职前培养的实然状态,提出实然向应然过渡的桥梁——借鉴德国“双元制”人才培养经验,尝试构建我国0~3岁早期教育师资职前培养体系:政府宏观调控,提供资金、政策支持;高校、一线园所及行业协会各司其职、通力协作;构建高水平专业化早教专业专任教师队伍。
On the basis of analyzing the necessity of the construction of the pre-service training system orearly-childhood education teachers of 0-to-3-year old children,a bridge for transiion from to-beto ought-to-beisprovided combined with the to-be status of pre-service training for early-childhood educaion teachers in China,that is,drawing the talent training experience from the dual system in Germany.A preservice training system for early-childhood education teachers of 0-to-3-year old children is attempted to be constructed.The government,makes macro-regulation,providing funds and policy support.,while universities,front-line early-childhood education institutions,nurseries and industry associations play their respective roles and cooperate with each other.In addition,high-level full-time teachers specialized in early-child hood education work as a guarantee,so as to solve the problem of the shortage of professional early-childhood education teachers at the source.
