摘要
为明确乡村教师定向师范生的入学动机类型及政策满意度水平,选取江苏省内的N学院作为样本高校进行了调查研究。调查发现,乡村教师定向师范生的报考原因以外部动机为主,缺乏内部动机,因此,定向生的政策满意度水平总体较低。通过差异检验及回归分析,本研究验证了"报考动机""性别""生源地"三个要素对乡村定向师范生的政策满意度水平有着显著影响。
In order to explore the application motivation and policy satisfaction of rural-teacher-oriented normal school students,an investigation is conducted by selecting N college in Jiangsu Province as the sample.This study finds that the external motivation is the main reason for the application of rural-teacher-oriented normal school students.Due to the lack of internal motivation,the policy satisfaction level is generally low.Through the difference test and regression analysis,the study also verifies that the three factors of registration motivation,gender,and students’origins have significant impact on the policy satisfaction level of rural-teacher-oriented normal school students.
