应对方式对戒毒警察职业倦怠的影响——源自四川省两所强制隔离戒毒所的调查

Effect of Coping Style on Job Burnout of Drug Rehabilitation Police:Investigation from Two Compulsory Drug Rehabilitation Centers in Sichuan Province

通过分层随机抽样方式对四川省两所强制隔离戒毒所251名戒毒警察进行问卷调查,采用简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)、中文版压力知觉量表(CPSS)和工作倦怠量表(MBI-GS)对抽样被试进行问卷调查,结果显示:(1)积极应对方式与失控感、成就感降低和玩世不恭显著负相关,消极应对与紧张感、情绪衰竭和玩世不恭显著正相关;(2)失控感在积极应对和成就感降低中起到完全中介作用;(3)紧张感分别在消极应对与情绪衰竭、玩世不恭中起到完全中介作用。消极应对方式对戒毒警察职业倦怠三维度的影响存在差异;失控感在成就感降低这一维度的回归路径中起到完全中介作用,紧张感在玩世不恭和情绪衰竭两维度的回归路径中起到完全中介作用。

In this study,251 Drug rehabilitation polices were randomly chosen to complete the SCSQ questionnaires,Chinese Perceived Stress Scale(CPSS),and Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey(MBI-GS).The results showed as follows:first,positive coping style was negatively correlated with loss of control,reduced personal accomplishment,and cynicism,while negative coping was positively correlated with stress,emotional exhaustion,and cynicism;second,loss of control is a complete mediator between positive coping and reduced achievement;third,stress plays a complete mediating role in negative coping,emotional exhaustion and cynicism.The negative coping style has different influence on the three dimensions of job burnout of drug rehabilitation police.Loss of control in stress perception is a complete mediator in the regression path involved in problem solving in job burnout coping.Stress plays a complete mediating role in the emotional regression pathways involved in burnout coping.
