我国城市燃气行业发展形势分析与思考

Analysis and Thoughts on the Development Situation of China City Gas Industry

天然气具有清洁、高效、廉价等诸多优点,是我国实现清洁能源替代战略的重要抓手。城市燃气行业将逐步从成长期步入成熟期,由高速增长进入稳定发展阶段。从燃气需求和供应两个方面分析我国天然气行业总体状况,阐述我国城市燃气企业发展现状,进而分析国家管网公司成立给城市燃气企业带来的机遇与挑战,并据此对我国城市燃气企业的发展提出主动布局上游市场、加快推动高压管网建设进程等建议。

Natural gas has many advantages such as cleanliness,high efficiency,and low cost,which will be an important starting point for China to realize its clean energy substitution strategy.The city gas industry will gradually move from the growth stage to a mature stage,from the rapid growth stage to a stable development stage.This article analyzes the overall situation of China natural gas industry from the two aspects of natural gas demand and supply,expounds the development status of city gas enterprises in China,and further analyzes the opportunities and challenges brought by the establishment of the National Pipeline Network Corporation to city gas enterprises.Based on this point,some suggestions are put forward for the development of China city gas enterprises,such as actively deploying upstream market and accelerating the construction process of high-pressure pipeline networks,and so on.
