摘要
为有效应对城市洪涝灾害浸泡地下车库车辆带来的损失问题,切实保护市民的生命财产安全,从智能化、绿色化、可推广及减少人员参与的角度出发,设计了一种基于地理信息系统(Geographic Information System,GIS)的地下停车库应急防汛系统。该系统利用了洪水自身的浮力特点,采用压力传感器辅助感应,利用丝杠机构进行辅助抬升,在装置内对洪水进行疏导引流,同时借助水动力方式实现以水堵水的功能。装置采用物联网技术并嵌有GIS信息监测系统,可实时接收预警并进行远程操纵,提前做好应对措施。所设计的应急防汛系统,操作方便、结构简单,可有效降低洪涝灾害造成的财产损失。
In order to effectively deal with the losses brought by urban flood disasters to underground garage and vehicles and guarantee the safety of citizens'lives and property,an emergency flood control system of underground parking garage based on geographic information system(GIS)was designed from the perspectives of intelligence,greening,popularization and reducing personnel participation.The system made use of the buoyancy characteristics of flood,adopted pressure sensor to assist induction,and used screw mechanism to assist lifting,so as to dredge and drain the flood in the device,and at the same time,realized the function of blocking water with water by means of hydrodynamic force.The device adopted the Internet of Things technology and was embedded with GIS information monitoring system,which could receive early warning in real time,conduct remote operation and take countermeasures in advance.The designed emergency flood control system has proved to be easy to operate and is simple in structure,thus effectively reducing the property losses caused by floods.
