图像处理的非规则形状检测方法研究

摘要 近几年,我国工业得到了飞速发展,工业生产期间会生产大量各种非规则形状的产品,这些非规则形状产品监测效率低,检测方法少,这对我国工业的发展产生了一定制约。文章以图像处理为基础,研发了一种高效检测非规则图像的方法。该方法在具体应用期间,具有采用设备少、非接触,以及对周围环境影响小等多项特点,各项数据对象仅为摄像图像,因此,具体检测速度较快,能够快速完成检测作业,可以应用于不同类型的非规则检测。大量应用期间实践经营结果表明,该检测方法在具体应用过程中,检测精度可以达到0.02cm,检测效率高、精度高,是一种较为理想的检测方法。文章针对以图像处理技术为基础的非规则形状检测方法进行探讨,希望文章内容对相关工作人员,以及整个行业的发展都可以有所帮助。 In recent years,China's industry has developed rapidly,and a large number of irregular shape products will be produced during industrial production.These irregular shape products have low monitoring efficiency and few detection methods,which restricts the development of China's industry to a certain extent.The paper based on image processing,an efficient method for detecting irregular images is developed.During the specific application period,this method has many characteristics,such as less equipment,non-contact,and little impact on the surrounding environment,and each data object is only a camera image.Therefore,the specific detection speed is fast,and the detection operation can be completed quickly and can be applied to various types of irregular detection.The practical operation results of a large number of applications show that in the specific application process,the detection accuracy can be up to 0.02cm,with high detection efficiency and high precision,so it is an ideal detection method.The irregular shape detection methods based on image processing technology are discussed,hoping that the content of the article can be helpful to relevant staff,as well as the development of the whole industry.
