Development of On-Line Energy Metering System for City Gas

针对天然气贸易交接趋于能量的计量方式,设计了一种适用于城镇燃气用的在线能量计量系统。阐述了天然气能量计量的原理,介绍了能量计量系统各分系统的设计思路和系统结构、软硬件设计。该系统具有结构紧凑、实时性和性价比高等优点,通过制作系统样机进行试验分析,验证了该系统在城镇燃气管道上应用的可行性,为城镇燃气能量计量系统的设计提供参考。

Addressing the general trend of energy measurement in natural gas fiscal metering,an online energy metering system suitable for city gas is designed.In this article,the principle of natural gas energy metering is expounded,and the design idea,system structure,hardware and software design of each sub-system of the energy metering system are introduced.This system has the merits of compact structure,real time and high cost performance.Through the manufacture and test of the prototype,the feasibility of application of the system in city gas pipeline is verified.It provides reference for the design of city gas energy metering system.
