西门子GCP软件在工业色谱仪网络数据采集系统中的应用

摘要 MAXUM型西门子色谱仪通过网络设备组成拓扑结构网络,实现了多台色谱仪网络化管理,可以在工作站远程读取化工生产现场任意一台色谱仪的数据信息,远程控制与操作现场仪表。基于西门子色谱仪网络,西门子色谱最新版操作软件Gas Chromatograph Portal(以下简称GCP软件)Data Logger功能可以实现色谱网络内所有色谱仪数据信息的采集与记录[2]。GCP软件可以将记录的特定时间范围内的色谱仪分析结果数据信息形成趋势图,便于确认工艺生产的波动或者仪表自身故障导致的异常数据。通过GCP软件可形成数据趋势图,更加便捷地观察仪表的运行状态。 The MAXUM SIEMENS chromatograph makes use of network equipment to form a topology network to realize the network management of multiple chromatographs.It can remotely read the data information of any chromatograph in the chemical production site,and remotely control and operate the field instruments.Based on Siemens chromatograph network,the latest version of Siemens chromatograph operation software gas chromatograph portal,the function of data logger can realize the collection and recording of all chromatograph data information in the chromatograph network.The GCP can form the trend chart of the chromatogram analysis result data in the specific time range recorded,so as to confirm the fluctuation of the production process or the abnormal data caused by the instrument itself fault.The data trend chart can be formed through the GCP,and the operation state of the instrument can be observed more conveniently.
