结合实际项目提出了VOCs处理设施入口废气中可燃气体浓度增高的解决方案,在设施入口增加可燃气体爆炸限监测分析仪,实现可燃气体浓度的在线监测。介绍了分析仪的技术参数和安装方案,采用超弛控制和联锁切断控制方案,实现了VOCs排放达标,保证了人员和设施的安全运行。

Combined with the actual project,the solution to increase the concentration of combustible gas in the exhaust gas at the entrance of the VOCs treatment facility was put forward,and flammability analyzer were added at the entrance of the facility to realize the online monitoring of combustible gas concentration.The technical parameters and installation scheme of the analyzer are introduced,and the override control and interlock shut-off control scheme are adopted to achieve the standard of VOCs emission and ensure the safe operation of personnel and facilities.
