摘要 简述电动门的分类,并基于集散控制系统中的控制逻辑,提出了消除电动门拒动或命令丢失的方法。详细分析了全开全关电动门的工作特点,结合现场实际问题介绍了一种通过修改集散控制系统中控制逻辑的方式来消除电动门拒动或命令丢失的设计及应用,并对现有电动门控制逻辑进行了升级改造,改造后测试结果表明此问题得到了较好的解决,较大地提高了电动门的稳定性。此控制逻辑的优化,对核电厂其他同种类型电动门的优化,提供了一定的参考意义。 The classification of electric power is briefly described.Based on the control logic of distributed control system,a method to eliminate electric power grab or command loss is proposed.In this paper,the working characteristics of the fully open and fully closed electric gate are analyzed in detail.Combined with the practical problems on the spot,a design and application of the method of modifying the control logic in the distributed control system to eliminate the rejection or command loss of electric gate is introduced.The test results show that this problem has been solved and the stability of electric fate is improved.Optimization of control logic for other same type of electric gate in Nuclear Power Plant for a certain reference significance.
