The Difference of Different Standard of Integral Pipe Flange of Steel Instrument Valve

仪表阀门在设计、选型和使用中,必然会有连接法兰的标准选用问题。本文就钢制仪表阀门常用的3套标准,即PN系列钢制管法兰的国家标准、化工行业标准和机械行业标准的差异,分别从整体钢制法兰的类型与参数、法兰型式与尺寸、技术要求、试验、检验与验收、标志与标记等方面进行对比闸述,特别对压力—温度额定值要求进行了着重对比,并选取了仪表阀常用材料与压力等级进行详细对比说明,有利于阀门从业者直观地了解和掌握3套标准的差异,从而更准确地按需选用。

In the design,selection and use of instrument valves,there will inevitably be the standard selection of connecting flanges.In this paper,the differences of three sets of standards commonly used for steel instrument valves,namely,the national standard of PN series steel pipe flange,the standard of chemical industry and the standard of mechanical industry,from the integral steel flange type and parameters,flange type and size,technical requirements,test,inspection and acceptance,signs and marks and other aspects of the comparison,in particular,the pressure-temperature rating requirements are emphatic compared,and the commonly used,materials of instrument valves are selected for detailed comparison and description with the pressure grade,which is conducive to the valve practitioners to intuitively understand and grasp the differences of the three sets of standards,as to more accurately select on demand.
