摘要
通过研究分析轴承钢GCr15生产过程中炼钢工序全氧、钛及偏析的影响因素,并加以控制,以及采用二火成材的新工艺,成功试验生产出高级优质轴承钢GCr15线材。试验生产的轴承钢GCr15的连铸坯成分偏析控制在1.05以下、钛含量为0.003 0%以下,全氧含量控制在0.000 9%以下;成品材上检验夹杂物评级B类为0.5级、 D类为0.5级,且无氮化钛夹杂;碳化物控制较一火工艺改善效果显著,碳化物液析均控制在0.5级以下,碳化物带状控制在1.0级以下,无显微缩孔缺陷;轧材成品检验中心疏松、一般疏松和偏析均≤0.5级。
Through analyzing and controlling the influence factors of total oxygen, titanium and segregation in the steel making process, and adopting the new technology of twice heating forming, high quality bearing steel GCr15 wire was successfully produced.The composition segregation of bearing steel GCr15 produced in the trial is controlled below grade 1.05, titanium content is below 0.003 0% and total oxygen content is below 0.000 9%.The inclusion level of finish product is: class B level0.5, class D level 1.0. And there is no titanium nitride inclusion in the finished product.Compared with the one heating process, the carbide is significantly improved.The carbide eliquation is controlled below grade 0.5, the banded carbide structure is controlled below grade 1.0, and there is no micro shrinkage.The center porosity, general porosity and segregation after rolling are no more than grade 0.5.
