基于细观尺度的树脂基混凝土力学性能数值模拟 被引量:2

Numerical simulation of mechanical properties of resin base concrete based on mesoscale

摘要 在细观尺度上对树脂基透水混凝土进行分析研究,采用Python编程语言结合有限元分析软件ABAQUS建立基于随机骨料的三维实体模型模拟骨料单粒级配下的树脂基混凝土在单轴压缩和三点弯曲作用下的损伤断裂和应力分布情况,以删除失效单元的方式来模拟裂纹的扩展过程,得到应力强度值,并对其进行参数化分析。结果表明:数值模拟结果与已有试验结果吻合性较好,能够很好地体现裂纹损伤效果,在细观层次研究的基础上揭示了其宏观力学性能。 The resin-based permeable concrete was analyzed and studied on the mesoscale. Using Python programming language and finite element analysis software ABAQUS,a three-dimensional solid model based on random aggregate was established to simulate the damage,fracture and stress distribution of resin based concrete of single grain aggregate grading under uniaxial compression and threepoint bending. By deleting the failure element,the crack propagation process was simulated,the stress intensity was obtained,and the parametric analysis was conducted. The results showed that the numerical simulation results were in good agreement with the existing test results,and the crack damage effect could be well reflected. The macroscopic mechanical properties were revealed on the basis of mesolevel research.
