表面改性高模高强碳纤维与环氧树脂界面相容性研究 被引量:8

Study on interfacial compatibility of surface modified high modulus and high strength carbon fiber and epoxy resin

摘要 采用阳极氧化法对高模高强碳纤维表面改性,改性后上浆处理。经润湿性能测试,改性后碳纤维的接触角由改性前的66.3°降至27.8°,表面活性增加,润湿性能改善。采用扫描电镜和原子力显微镜对其表面结构进行表征,发现改性后碳纤维表面粗糙度增加,分散性较好。对其环氧树脂复合材料进行力学性能测试,结果表明复合材料界面剪切强度和层间剪切强度分别增至42.3 MPa和43.6 MPa,且增加程度与纤维表面粗糙度成正比。 The surface of high modulus and high strength carbon fiber was modified by anodic oxidation, and sizing treatment after modification. After the wettability test,the contact angle of the modified carbon fiber was decreased from 66.3° before the modification to27.8°.The surface activity was increased and the wettability was improved. The surface structure of the carbon fiber was characterized by scanning electron microscope and atomic force microscope,and it was found that the surface roughness of the modified carbon fiber was increased and the dispersion was better. The mechanical properties of its epoxy resin composites were tested,and the results showed that the interfacial shear strength and interlaminar shear strength of the composites was increased to 42.3 MPa and 43.6 MPa,respectively,and the degree of increase was proportional to the fiber surface roughness.
