摘要
首先采用有限元方法对带U肋和带倒T肋的两类钢-UHPC组合桥面板的UHPC层纵、横桥向应力及层间剪应力3个力学指标对比分析,随后建立了UHPC层的横桥向简化计算模型,最后对UHPC层厚度和层间粘结状态进行参数分析。结果表明:①两类钢-UHPC组合桥面板的UHPC层纵、横向应力及层间剪应力在数值大小、变化规律上均存在差异。②基于多跨弹性支撑组合梁模型计算得到的UHPC层横桥向应力与有限元值总体上吻合良好。③UHPC层的参数分析表明,增加UHPC层厚度和增强层间粘结均能有效降低其自身应力。
The properties of UHPC layer for two types of lightweight composite bridge deck with U-rib and inversed T-rib were contrast by FEM,and then a simplified analytical mode for UHPC layer to cross-bridge was proposed.Finallythe thickness and interface bonding state of UHPC layer are chosen as two main parameters,whose sensitivity is discussed through FEM.Results show that①There are some differences in the numerical value and variation law for longitudinal and transverse and interlaminar shear stresses in UHPC layer between the two types of lightweight composite bridge deck.②Calculated values for transverse bridge based on the proposed mul0ti-span elastic supporting composite beam model coincide well with FEA in general.③Parameters analysis for UHPC layer indicate that,increasing UHPC layer thickness and enhancing interlayer bonding is conducive to decrease the peak stress of UHPC layer.
