离析对嵌入式抗滑表层路用性能影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了控制嵌入式抗滑表层施工离析,通过室内试验研究嵌入层级配离析和温度离析对嵌入式抗滑表层路用性能的影响,分别对不同离析程度混合料的路用性能进行测定和分析。研究结果表明,粗集料离析不利于混合料的高温性能和撒铺层的粘结性能,尤其在高温浸水条件下的粘结性能,可以提高混合料抗滑性能,但混合料难以压实;细集料离析对高温性能影响较小,有利于撒铺层的粘结性,削弱混合料的抗滑性能,混合料更易压实;提高碾压温度对路用性能影响不明显,但降低碾压温度,高温性能下降较快,抗滑性能增大,撒铺层的粘结性、尤其是在高温浸水条件下的粘结性较差,混合料的压实度变小;基于碾压温度对嵌入式抗滑表层路用性能的影响,推荐混合料的碾压温度为150℃~160℃,不宜低于140℃。 In order to control construction segregation of Hot Rolled Asphalt,the effects of embedded gradation segregation and temperature segregation on the pavement performance of embedded anti-sliding surface were studied through laboratory tests,and the pavement performance of mixtures with different segregation degree was measured and analyzed.The results show that the segregation of coarse aggregate is not conducive to the high temperature performance of the mixture and the bonding performance of the coated layer,especially under the condition of high temperature immersion.It can improve the skid resistance performance of the mixture,but the mixture is difficult to compact.The fine aggregate segregation has little influence on the high temperature performance,which is beneficial to the bonding performance of the coated layer,weakens the skid resistance performance of the mixture,and makes the mixture more compacted.Increasing rolling temperature has no obvious effect on pavement performance,but decreasing rolling temperature will lead to a rapid decline in high temperature performance,an increase in skid resistance performance,poor cohesion of coated layer,especially under high temperature immersion condition,and the compactness of the mixture decreases.Based on the influence of rolling temperature on the pavement performance of Hot Rolled Asphalt,the recommended rolling temperature of mixture is 150~160℃,which should not be lower than 140℃.
