回收塑料复配SBR改性沥青及混合料性能与应用研究 被引量:8

摘要 为了将废旧塑料再生资源化回收,并加工成热塑性树脂类沥青改性剂,研究回收塑料(WPP、WPE)复配SBR改性沥青的针入度指标性能与流变特性,基于三大路用性能试验与室内小型加速加载试验(MMLS1/3)研究WPP、WPE复配SBR改性沥青混合料的路用性能与长期稳定性,并将WPP复配SBR改性沥青混合料应用于高速公路中面层试验段。结果表明,将WPP、WPE与3.5%SBR进行复配,保留了SBR改性剂优异的低温抗裂性能,也叠加了塑料类改性剂优异的高温性能。将废旧塑料与SBR进行复配,使沥青的高温稳定性、低温延展性、蠕变斜率、抗车辙因子和弹性恢复性能以及抗老化性能得到比较全面提高。WPP、WPE复配SBR改性沥青混合料均具备优异的抗车辙性能(动稳定度>6000次/mm)、抗水损害性能和抗永久变形能力,两种复合改性沥青混合料的低温抗裂性能与5%SBS改性沥青混合料基本相当。12%WPP+3.5%SBR复合改性沥青混凝土可应用于冬严寒区重载沥青路面,试验段12%WPP+3.5%SBR复合改性沥青混凝土的成功运用,为WPP/SBR复合改性沥青在冬严寒区重载沥青路面的推广应用提供借鉴。 In order to recycle waste plastics into renewable resources and process them into thermoplastic resin asphalt modifiers,the penetration index performance and rheological properties of recycled plastics(WPP,WPE)compounded with SBR modified asphalt are studied based on the three major road uses Performance test and indoor small-scale accelerated loading test(MMLS 1/3)study the road performance and long-term stability of WPP and WPE compound SBR modified asphalt mixture,and apply WPP compound SBR modified asphalt mixture to expressways Surface test section.The results show that the combination of WPP,WPE and 3.5%SBR retains the excellent low-temperature crack resistance of the SBR modifier,and also superimposes the excellent high-temperature performance of the plastic modifier.Combining waste plastics with SBR can comprehensively improve the high-temperature stability,low-temperature ductility,creep slope,anti-rutting factor,elastic recovery performance,and anti-aging performance of asphalt.WPP and WPE compound SBR modified asphalt mixtures have excellent rutting resistance(dynamic stability>6000 times/mm),water damage resistance and permanent deformation resistance.The low temperature resistance of the two composite modified asphalt mixtures The cracking performance is basically equivalent to 5%SBS modified asphalt mixture.12%WPP+3.5%SBR composite modified asphalt concrete can be applied to heavy-duty asphalt pavements in severe winter areas.The successful application of 12%WPP+3.5%SBR composite modified asphalt concrete in the test section is the WPP/SBR composite modified asphalt The popularization and application of heavy-duty asphalt pavement in severe winter area provides a reference.
