基于净吸附试验的沥青-集料黏附性量化研究 被引量:1

摘要 为提高沥青混合料抵抗水损害性能的能力,需准确评价沥青与集料之间的黏附性能。净吸附试验是一种可以定量评价沥青与集料之间的黏附性的试验方法。但目前在波长选取时常采用经验值,导致试验结果出现偏差。通过测试多种波长下的吸光度,确定出最佳试验波长。然后采用最佳试验波长进行2种集料与4种沥青的净吸附试验,判断不同沥青-集料组合的黏附性。最后将净吸附试验结果与水煮法试验结果对比,验证该方法的合理性和可行性。研究表明:最佳试验波长为340 nm;净吸附试验是一种合理可行的定量评价沥青-集料黏附性的试验方法。 In order to improve the ability of asphalt mixture to resist water damage performance,it is necessary to accurately evaluate the adhesion between asphalt and aggregate.The net adsorption test is a test method that can quantitatively evaluate the adhesion between asphalt and aggregate.However,empirical values are often used in the selection of wavelengths,resulting in deviations in test results.In this paper,the best test wavelength is determined by testing the absorbance at various wavelengths.Then,the net adsorption test of two aggregates and four kinds of asphalt was carried out at the optimum test wavelength to judge the adhesion of different asphalt-aggregate combinations.Finally,the net adsorption test results are compared with the results of the boiling test,and the rationality and feasibility of the method are verified.The research shows that the optimal test wavelength is 340 nm;the net adsorption test is a reasonable and feasible test method for quantitative evaluation of asphalt-aggregate adhesion.
