摘要 为获得超高性能混凝土(Ultra-high Performance Concrete,UHPC)真实的拉伸性能,针对目前争议较大的直接拉伸试验装置,对外夹式、内埋式及粘贴式拉伸装置分别进行了试研究设计,并在此基础上设计出一种新型的直接拉伸试验装置改进方案。研究表明:试设计的拉伸装置均无法满足要求,而改进方案操作简单,其双向球铰可有效解决对中问题,同时试验夹具刚度大不易发生变形,故该改性方案可为UHPC直接拉伸试验标准提供参考。 In order to obtain the true tensile properties of Ultra-high Performance Concrete(UHPC),in view of the currently controversial direct tensile test setup,the external clamp device,the embedded device and the paste device of tensile test were studied and designed respectively,and a new improved direct tensile test setup scheme was designed on this basis.The results show that the tensile devices of the trial design can not meet the requirements,while the improved scheme is simple to operate.Its two-way spherical hinge can effectively solve the alignment problem.At the same time,the test fixture has large rigidity and is not easy to be deformed.Therefore,the modified scheme can provide some reference for UHPC direct tension test standard.
