随着HINOC接入技术日趋完善,正逐步应用到广电同轴双向网网改中。同步规划、开发HINOC网管系统,不仅可以满足网络建设初期的设备上线、业务开通等基本需求,还可以在后期网络运维中提供网络运行状态监测、网络智能运维等支持。从网络改造、业务开通、网络运维等应用出发,提出HINOC网管系统架构设计构思,对拓扑管理、配置管理、性能管理、告警管理、系统管理等功能模块进行了规划。

With the improvement of HINOC access technology,it is gradually applied to the radio and television coaxial network reform.Planning and developing HINOC network management system can not only meet the basic needs of business opening in the initial stage of network construction,but also provide network operation status monitoring,network intelligent operation and maintenance and other functions in the later network operation and maintenance.Based on the application of network transformation,service opening,network operation and maintenance,this paper proposes the architecture of HINOC network management system,and plans the functional modules of topology management,configuration management,performance management,alarm management,system management,etc.
