脊髓电刺激治疗带状疱疹相关疼痛的应用进展

Research progress of spinal cord electrical stimulation for treatment of herpes zoster related pain

带状疱疹相关疼痛治疗手段多样,由于其病理机制尚未完全阐明,故治疗效果多不佳。近年来,国内外运用高频电刺激、成簇电刺激、背根神经节电刺激治疗各类神经病理性疼痛都显示出了较好的临床效果,但对于带状疱疹神经痛的运用较少。本文综合近年文献从脊髓电刺激的机制,新式电刺激模式,以及脊髓电刺激在带状疱疹相关疼痛的应用等方面作综述。

There are many therapeutic methods for herpes zoster related pain,but the therapeutic effect is still poor,since pathologic mechanism of the herpes zoster related pain has not been fully elucidated.Recent years,the application of high frequency electrical stimulation,cluster electrical stimulation and dorsal root electrical stimulation have shown good clinical effects on all kinds of neuropathic pain at home and abroad,but only a few application in herpes zoster neuralgia.This paper summarized the recent literatures and discussed the progress of spinal cord electrical stimulation mechanism,new model stimulation and the clinical application of spinal cord stimulation in herpes zoster related pain.
