多药耐药蛋白4在呼吸系统疾病中作用研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 多药耐药蛋白4是ATP结合盒转运蛋白C亚家族中的一员,可将多种内源性和外源性有机阴离子化合物泵出细胞。多药耐药蛋白4参与某些呼吸系统疾病的病理生理过程,包括肺癌、支气管哮喘和肺动脉高压等。本文就多药耐药蛋白4的结构、生物学功能及其在呼吸系统疾病中作用的研究进展作一综述。 Multidrug resistance protein 4 is a member of C subfamily of ATP-binding cassette transporters, which pumps a variety of endogenous and exogenous organic anion compounds out of cells. Multidrug resistance protein 4 may be involved in the pathophysiological process of respiratory diseases, including lung cancer, bronchial asthma, pulmonary hypertension and so on. This paper reviews the research progress of the structure, biological function and role of multidrug resistance protein 4 in respiratory diseases.
