摘要 视神经脊髓炎是一种原发性中枢神经系统自身免疫性炎性脱髓鞘疾病,主要累及视神经和脊髓,具有较高的复发率和致残率。视神经脊髓炎发病受遗传、环境等因素影响,具体发病机制尚未完全明确。肠道菌群是存在于肠道中微生物的总称,其可通过脑-肠道-微生物轴调节宿主的神经系统活动,在神经系统发育过程中起重要作用。肠道菌群组成改变与视神经脊髓炎发病密切相关。本文就肠道菌群与视神经脊髓炎相关性的研究进展作一综述。 Neuromyelitis optica is a primary autoimmune inflammatory demyelination disease of the central nervous system, mainly involving the optic nerve and spinal cord, with a high rate of recurrence and disability. Its pathogenesis is affected by genetic and environmental factors, but the specific pathogenesis has not been fully defined. The intestinal flora is a general term for the microorganisms in the intestinal tract, which can regulate the nervous system activity of the host through the brain-gut-microbiota axis and plays an important role in the development of the nervous system. In recent years, it has been found that intestinal flora composition changes are closely correlated with the incidence of neuromyelitis optica. This paper reviews the research progress on the correlation between intestinal flora and neuromyelitis optica.
