保妇康栓联合雌激素软膏治疗老年性阴道炎的疗效及安全性的Meta分析

Efficacy and safety of Baofukang suppository combined with estrogen ointment in the treatment of senile vaginitis: a meta analysis

目的通过系统固定效应模型分析法评价保妇康栓联合雌激素软膏治疗老年性阴道炎的疗效及安全性。方法文献检索Pub Med、Embase、Medline、CNKI、Cochrane Libraries、万方和维普数据库,纳入2011年1月-2019年11月间发表的保妇康栓联合雌激素软膏治疗老年性阴道炎的随机对照试验国内外文献并评价其质量,采用Rev Man5.3软件对所纳入文献的结果进行固定效应分析。结果共纳入12篇符合分析标准的随机对照研究,共有1 310例老年性阴道炎患者(含644例单一用药患者)。Meta分析结果显示:保妇康栓联合雌激素软膏组的治疗有效率高于单一用药组,2组间差异有统计学意义[OR=4.26,95%CI(2.80,6.46),P <0.00001];保妇康栓联合雌激素软膏组的复发率低于单一用药组,2组间差异有统计学意义[OR=0.12,95%CI(0.05,0.28),P <0.00001];保妇康栓联合雌激素软膏组的不良反应发生率与单一用药组相近,2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义[OR=0.85,95%CI(0.28,2.58),P=0.78]。结论保妇康栓联合雌激素软膏治疗老年性阴道炎比单一用药的疗效更好,且复发率更低。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Baofukang suppository in the treatment of senile vaginitis with estrogen cream through the analysis of system fixed effect model. Methods Pub Med,Embase,Medline,CNKI,Cochrane Libraries,Wanfang and VIP were searched to collect the randomized controlled clinical trails( RCTs) of Baofukang suppository in the treatment of senile vaginitis with estrogen cream. The literature( from January,2011 to November,2019) was evaluated for its quality and Meta-analysis was performed with Rev Man5. 3 software. Results A total of 12 RCTs was included,involving 1 310 patients( including 644 single medication patients). The results of Meta-analysis indicated that the effective rate of Baofukang suppository combined with estrogen cream group was significantly higher than that of single medication group[OR = 4. 26,95% CI( 2. 80,6. 46),P < 0. 00001]. The recurrence rate of Baofukang suppository combined with estrogen cream group was significantly lower than that of single medication group[OR = 0. 12,95% CI( 0. 05,0. 28),P <0. 00001]. The incidence of adverse reactions had no significant difference[OR = 0. 85,95% CI( 0. 28,2. 58),P = 0. 78]between the two groups. Conclusion Baofukang suppository combined with estrogen cream in the treatment of senile vaginitis is more effective than that of single medication,with lower recurrence rate.
