论习近平法治思想之“党大还是法大是个伪命题”

我国的法治国家建设中一个非常重要的内容就是坚持党的领导,这就产生了党的领导与法治建设的关系问题,“党大还是法大”的认识,则是将党的领导与法治建设的关系加以扭曲,尤其是容易给人造成二者之间是对立关系的印象。习近平总书记之所以认为“党大还是法大是个伪命题”,是其新时代中国特色社会主义理论以人民为中心思想的根本体现,目的是防止落入将树立法律权威与坚持党的领导和执政地位对立起来的陷阱,把维护党的领导地位与权威作为中国特色社会主义法治建设不可分割的组成部分。

Adhering to the leadership of the Communist Party is an important part of building a rule of law country,which leads to the issue of the relationship between the leadership of the Party and the construction of the rule of law.The question of“party or law”has distorted the relationship between the party’s leadership and the construction of the rule of law,and it is especially easy to give people the impression that the two are opposed to each other.The reason why Chairman Xi believes that“party or law is a false proposition”is the fundamental embodiment of the people-centered thinking of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.He regards the maintenance of the party’s leadership and authority as an inseparable part of the construction of the socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics,to prevent or avoid falling into a trap that would antagonize the establishment of legal authority and the adherence to the party’s leadership and ruling position.
