非洛地平缓释片联合中药治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效

Clinical effect of felodipine sustained release tablets combined with traditional Chinese medicine on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease

目的探讨非洛地平缓释片联合中药治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选取吉水县中医院2017—2019年收治的冠心病心绞痛患者60例,依据患者意愿和治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组给予非洛地平缓释片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合中药治疗。比较2组临床疗效、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室舒张末期内经(LVEDD)、右心室舒张期内经(RVEDD),治疗前后心绞痛发作次数及发作持续时间,不良反应发生率。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,LVESD、LVEDD、RVEDD低于对照组,LVEF高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前2组心绞痛发作次数、持续时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组心绞痛发作次数少于对照组,持续时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论非洛地平缓释片联合中药治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效确切,可有效改善心功能,降低心绞痛次数,缩短持续时间。

Objective To investigete the clinical effect of felodipine sustained release tablets combined with traditional Chinese medicine on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 60 cases of patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were selected from 2017 to 2019 in Jishui County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,which were divided into control group and observation group according to patients’ wishes and treatment methods,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with felodipine sustained-release tablets,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and right ventricular diastolic diameter(RVEDD)were compared between the two groups.The frequency and duration of angina pectoris before and after treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the LVESD,LVEDD and RVEDD of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,LVEF was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment there was no significant difference in the frequency and duration of angina pectoris between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment the frequency of angina pectoris in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the duration was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Felodipine sustained-release tablets combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease has definite clinical effect,it can effectively improve heart function,reduce the number of angina pectoris,shorten the duration.
