快速康复在肿块型非哺乳期乳腺炎中的应用效果

Clinical effect of rapid rehabilitation in mass type non lactation mastitis

目的探讨快速康复在肿块型非哺乳期乳腺炎中的应用效果。方法选取深圳市中西医结合医院2017年10月—2019年10月收治的肿块型NPM患者65例,根据患者意愿并结合临床实际分为传统手术治疗组34例和快速康复治疗组31例。快速康复治疗组给予超声引导下麦默通微创手术+置管冲洗引流,传统手术治疗组给予乳腺炎性病灶区段切除术,比较2组手术时间、住院时间、并发症发生率、复发率、外观满意度。结果快速康复治疗组手术时间、住院时间短于传统手术治疗组(P<0.05)。2组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。快速康复治疗组1年局部复发率低于传统手术治疗组,外观满意度为高于传统手术治疗组(P<0.05)。结论快速康复在肿块型非哺乳期乳腺炎中的应用效果良好,不仅具有缩短治疗时间,减低复发率的优势,同时能在超声引导下直观切除病灶,避免漏切、误切,保留健康乳腺组织,使乳房外形更加美观。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of rapid rehabilitation in mass type non lactation mastitis.Methods A total of 65 cases of patients with mass type NPM were selected from October 2017 to October 2019 in Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital of Shenzhen.According to the wishes of patients and clinical practice,they were divided into traditional surgery group(34 cases) and rapid rehabilitation group(31 cases).The fast rehabilitation treatment group was treated with ultrasound-guided minimally invasive surgery+catheter irrigation and drainage,while the traditional operation group was treated with segmental mastectomy.The operation time,hospitalization time,incidence of complications,recurrence rate and appearance satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time and hospital stay in the fast rehabilitation group were shorter than those the traditional operation group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).The 1-year local recurrence rate of the fast rehabilitation treatment group was lower than that of the traditional operation treatment group,and the appearance satisfaction of the fast rehabilitation treatment group was higher than the traditional operation treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of rapid rehabilitation in the application of mass type non lactation mastitis is good.It not only has the advantages of shortening the treatment time and reducing the recurrence rate,but also can directly remove the lesions under the guidance of ultrasound,avoid missed and false cutting,retain healthy breast tissue,and make the breast appearance more beautiful.
